Pet Owner

this was probably a pointless stamp, but I wanted to make it anyway.
I was walking my dogs this morning. I always walk them on a leash, but this morning my biggest dog broke the leash hook, luckily she only ran to the fence that was like two feet away from me. Some old bitch came up to me and scream "YOU SHOULD KEEP THAT THING ON A LEASH!!" I said Im sorry, she was on a leash, the latch broke. and She said "THAT THING COULD OF BIT SOMEONE LIKE ME, KEEP IT ON A LEASH"
I told her that she wouldnt of bit anyone if she came in contact but she interrupted me and when on:"DAMN PEOPLE AND THIER PETS BLAH BLAH BLAH IF IT WERE UP TO ME I WOULD BAN THEM ALL I HATE PEOPLE AND THEIR FUCKING ANIMALS"
geez.. i didnt know what the fuck she was on.. but it pissed me off. Im really sick of where I live.
I keep my dogs leashed and out of people's way. If you still have a problem with my animals, then you & me have a problem.

EDIT: another interesting thing happened today with this lady. someone who lives a few houses down (who owns a small dog) told my father that this same lady came knocking on her door telling her if she doesnt get rid of the dog she'll call the police and refused to give an explanation as to why. Im going to try to get more information on what the hell's this bitch's problem is. God I wish someone would shoot her -_-'
